  • Learn to interpret radar displays, controls, and data with precision.

Advanced Radar Techniques:

  • Master the use of radar in SAR in more challenging conditions and learn to interpret complex radar data presented in situations such as coastal searches in poor sea states and visibility.
  • Develop skills to analyse and respond to complex radar data in real-time SAR scenarios.

Search Patterns & Navigation:

  • Implement and optimise search patterns using radar.
  • Use radar for precise navigation during SAR operations, ensuring safe, efficient and effective search coverage.

Practical Hands-On Training:

  • Apply your skills in SAR simulations and exercises, preparing you for real world challenges
